Shipping policy
All shipping orders are made to order. The shipping process is 3-5 business days before your order is actually shipped. You will not receive a tracking number until your order is shipped. Your order will be shipped depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. I will be in contact with you about your order during the process to ensure you that your order was received, being worked on and is on the way. If there is a delay with your order. You will be notified. It is important that you make sure you leave the correct contact and shipping information at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to wrong shipping information. I'm also not responsible for orders that become stuck in transit, that become missing or damaged. I will package each order to prevent spoilage and damage to all baked goods but keep in mind USPS is responsible for handling your package with care, but things do happen. If you feel your package is severely damaged due to USPS carelessness. You will need to contact USPS to see about a refund. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER ORDERING! Only time a refund is given is if I am unable to complete your order for any reason.
All orders are approved before accepting. If I see any item that is not a part of the shipping menu included in your order. Your order will be CANCELED. You will be notified by email or text the reason why your order was canceled, and you will be asked to replace the order without including non-shipping items.
