ABOUT REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
You will be contacted several times about your order and You may even be offered to pick up the next day. NO ORDERS ARE REMADE.
You will not be refunded because you failed to pick up or respond back to us about your order. To be eligible for a full refund, the owner must be in breach of contract. If a mistake is made on an order or you are not pleased with an order. Please notify us to make it right but there will be no refund.
If you pay a retainer of any kind through an invoice with us. Your retainer is nonrefundable. Retainers are 50% of your orders total. The remaining is due the day of pick up. You will not receive your order until the remaining balance is paid.
You WILL NOT receive a refund for abandoned orders.
SHIPPING ITEMS:
We do not offer shipping. If you refuse to read any descriptions or information on the website notifying you of this. This is not our fault and you will lose a small fee that we will lose when returning your order.
Damages and issues
After picking up or if your order is delivered. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
